First download the themes from particular website like

2 copy this link and paste into your webbrowser .
3 you can download themes for particular cfw
4 copy that themes
5 connect your psp with computer
6 then go to psp/themes their you paste the themes.
7 Disconnect your psp then go to themes setting then click on themes then you will find your themes then select the themes of your choice...enjoy it......('.')
